I often use those packages for creating HTML quickly, but I am not fond of Dreamweaver, as it creates messy, unmaintainable code.

The standard code editors for PC and Mac respectively. I’ve used them for years.

I use CVS all the time. I have used Microsoft Visual Studio extensively in the past.
