Design a unified regsitration solution for all of Motorola's global online activities.
The Subtext
The client had been capturing user data for years, but it was scattered amongst a variety of systems, countries, and departments. A new centralized solution was being commissioned, but as this was a lengthy job we convinced Motorola it would make sense for us to start consolidating all the data in a custom global database.
The Deliverables
A database, an API, technical documentation on how to use both, and reporting tools.
