Allianz wanted to devise a digital strategy to last them for the next ten years or so.
The Subtext
Allianz saw the potential of digital media early on, and sought to restructure its whole business model in order to reap the benefits of the upcoming "digital revolution".
The Deliverables
Digital brand guidelines, CD-ROMs for salespeople, a corporate portal, and individual websites for the major markets.
The Team
A very large team covering a wide skillset.
My Involvment
I worked on the part of the brand manual concerned with web site creation, and also did front end development on the portal and some local sites.
The Outcome
Very successful, the relationship with Allianz continued for many years.
